The online store www.shoplalla.com (hereafter named the Site) is a website of e-commerce. It is edited and operated by the company LALLA MARRAKECH SARL with a capital of 10.000 MAD (1000 EUR) -  "Registre de Commerce 26353 "- which head office is located at 35, boulevard Mansour Eddahbi, 40000 Marrakech MOROCCO.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LALLA MARRAKECH offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By using the Site, the internet users agree to these terms of use.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

All the items purchased on www.shoplalla.com are for personal use only, and with no intention of resale. By placing your order on www.shoplalla.com, you are certifying that you are buying our products for your personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website www.shoplalla.com. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

PRICE 

All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.shoplalla.com at the time when the order is placed.

Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees, based on the delivery country’s regulations.

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

SHIPPING, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTY FEES

The company LALLA MARRAKECH SARL is based in Marrakech, Morocco, and all orders are shipped directly from its warehouse in Marrakech using express shipping services.

All shipments destined outside of Morocco are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. LALLA MARRAKECH SARL has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with Moroccan export regulations, LALLA MARRAKECH SARLis required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in Morocco and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can return unused or defective merchandise in the original packaging, for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs. 

If you would like to request a return, please first send us an email to lallamarrakech@gmail.com with your order number.

Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The cost for returning the package to us for both returns and exchanges is on the customers own expense.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

The present "General conditions" of sale are governed by Moroccan law. For all disputes relating to the present contract between LALLA MARRAKECH and an Internet user, the Commercial Court of Marrakech will have sole jurisdiction.
