1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply to all sales contracts concluded between LALLA FRANCE SAS, headquartered Le Connecteur 47 avenue du Président JF Kennedy 64200 Biarritz FRANCE, registered under number 950 759 944, and the user, understood as a consumer under the French Consumer Code, i.e., any natural person acting for purposes not related to their commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity, based on orders placed via https://shoplalla.com
1.2. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to LALLA FRANCE SAS. The company provides this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
1.3. By ordering products on https://shoplalla.com , you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by the GTC. If you do not accept the GTC, you will not be able to place an order from https://shoplalla.com .
2. Use of the Online Store
2.1. You may purchase products on https://shoplalla.com only if you are considered a final consumer. Resellers or professional distributors are not allowed to order via https://shoplalla.com.
2.2. Purchases on our site are restricted to individuals of legal age. By accepting these GTC, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. LALLA FRANCE SAS cannot be held responsible for any false declarations regarding age.
2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
3. Products or Services
3.1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through www.shoplalla.com. These products or services may be offered in limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy.
3.2. We make every effort to display accurate colors and images of our products online. However, we cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy on your device screen.
3.3. We reserve the right—without obligation—to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or service offered.
3.4. Product descriptions or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited by law.
3.5. We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, information, or other material purchased or obtained will meet your expectations, nor that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
4.Prices
4.1. No customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments to mainland France and EU countries. Duties and taxes apply to:

These costs are out of our control and must be paid by the recipient. In case of refusal upon delivery, LALLA reserves the right to charge the customer the amount due.
4.2. Prices on https://shoplalla.com do not include shipping costs.
4.3. Shoplalla reserves the right to modify prices and promotional offers at any time.
5. PAYMENT TERMS

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order is marked as “Payment Accepted”, you may cancel it before shipment. After shipment, return costs are your responsibility.
7. Shipping, Import Taxes & Duties
7.1. LALLA FRANCE SAS is based in Biarritz, France, and all orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Biarritz using multiple delivery services.
7.2. Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. International shipping costs do not include these taxes or duties, which may be applied by the customs office of the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7.3. LALLA FRANCE SAS has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for additional customs fees, delays, or actions taken by customs authorities during the delivery process.
7.4. In accordance with French export regulations, LALLA FRANCE SAS is required to declare the exact value of shipped items. For more information regarding taxes, duties, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office.
7.5. If the recipient refuses to pay customs fees or refuses delivery for any reason, the item will be returned to our warehouse in France. Refunds will be issued only after the returned parcel is received and will be reduced by return shipping costs, original shipping fees, and a €50 handling and restocking fee.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from delivery of the last item in a multi-item order. The return applies to the whole order.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it.
8.2. LALLA FRANCE SAS may refuse returns if the items were worn, used, or returned without their original box or in unsellable condition. In such cases, you will be notified by email and must pay return shipping fees, "Original shipping fees are not refundable".

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 14 days from delivery to return products at your expense, provided they are new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection, if return conditions are met.
10. PERSONAL DATA
Your data is used solely in the context of your relationship with https://shoplalla.com and never shared or sold. Payment data is handled securely.
